Your address, your number and your photos: how they are treated

What you send, and what it is used for
The website has no forms and stores nothing about you. Personal data only reaches Locksmith Alcoi when you choose to get in touch:
- By phone: your number, your name if you give it, and the address of the job.
- By WhatsApp: the same, plus any photos and the location you share.
- By email: your address and whatever you write or attach.
- On the job: the documents shown to prove you may open a home, car or safe are looked at, not copied or kept.
This data is used to answer you, to do the job you ask for and to invoice it. The legal bases are the steps taken at your request before a contract and the performance of that contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR), and the legal obligation to keep invoices (Article 6.1.c GDPR). It is not used for advertising and is never sold.
How long it is kept
- Messages and call details that led to no job: deleted within six months.
- Data linked to a job: for as long as claims about the work could be made.
- Invoices and their data: for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law (at least four years under the General Tax Law and six under the Commercial Code).
Who else sees it
Nothing is passed to third parties except to the following categories of provider, as needed for the service:
- Web hosting (Cloudflare), which serves the pages and keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
- Messaging (WhatsApp, of Meta), if you write that way.
- Email and telephone providers, which carry the messages and calls.
- An accountant or tax adviser, for invoices, and the tax authorities where the law requires it.
Cloudflare and Meta may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The website’s typeface is served from this website’s own hosting, so no data is sent to Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use, its portability, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. If you think your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.

Qué datos se reciben y para qué
El sitio web no tiene formularios ni guarda datos sobre usted. Los datos personales solo llegan a Locksmith Alcoi cuando usted decide ponerse en contacto:
- Por teléfono: su número, su nombre si lo facilita y la dirección del trabajo.
- Por WhatsApp: lo mismo, además de las fotografías y la ubicación que comparta.
- Por correo electrónico: su dirección y lo que escriba o adjunte.
- En el servicio: los documentos que acreditan su derecho a abrir una vivienda, un vehículo o una caja fuerte se comprueban, pero no se copian ni se conservan.
Los datos se usan para atenderle, realizar el trabajo solicitado y facturarlo. Las bases jurídicas son la aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición suya y la ejecución del contrato (artículo 6.1.b del RGPD), y la obligación legal de conservar las facturas (artículo 6.1.c del RGPD). No se usan con fines publicitarios ni se venden.
Plazos de conservación
- Mensajes y llamadas que no dieron lugar a un trabajo: se suprimen en un plazo de seis meses.
- Datos vinculados a un trabajo: mientras puedan derivarse reclamaciones sobre él.
- Facturas y sus datos: durante los plazos exigidos por la normativa fiscal y mercantil (al menos cuatro años según la Ley General Tributaria y seis según el Código de Comercio).
Destinatarios
Los datos no se ceden a terceros, salvo a las siguientes categorías de proveedores, en la medida necesaria para el servicio:
- Alojamiento web (Cloudflare), que sirve las páginas y conserva registros técnicos breves, como direcciones IP, por seguridad.
- Mensajería (WhatsApp, de Meta), si nos escribe por esa vía.
- Proveedores de correo electrónico y telefonía, que transmiten los mensajes y las llamadas.
- Gestoría o asesoría fiscal, para la facturación, y la Administración tributaria cuando la ley lo exija.
Cloudflare y Meta pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos, al amparo del Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (Data Privacy Framework) y de las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea. La tipografía del sitio se sirve desde el propio alojamiento, por lo que no se envía ningún dato a Google Fonts.
Sus derechos
Puede solicitar el acceso a sus datos, su rectificación o supresión, la limitación de su tratamiento, su portabilidad u oponerse a su tratamiento escribiendo a [email protected]. Si considera que sus datos no se han tratado correctamente, puede presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), en www.aepd.es.
